Want a life that makes you jump?!
I can help. I am a BIZ & life coach.

I'm Perrine. Welcome!

French navigator Loïck Peyron says the most beautiful trip/journey/voyage (le plus beau voyage), is the one we haven’t taken yet.

For me, le plus beau voyage is ongoing.
Happening right here, right now.
We are all on a journey.
And what if we could look back any time and think to ourselves: “what a trip!”

For years, people picked my brain about how I had had the courage to pack my life into a small backpack and go on adventures.
Some of them were looking for a mentor and armed with new confidence, they set out to do the same.
Others were inspired but not willing to radically change their circumstances.

This is how I became a coach.
A life and a business coach.
To help homebodies create the change they want without having to go on a sabbatical to reevaluate their lives.
To help people who want to create their lives on their own terms, operating the business of their dreams.

The results they get are fascinating.

We all have infinite wisdom within us. We just don’t know how to access it.
This is why we all need a facilitator, a coach.

The backstory...

After burning myself out at work, I went on a journey to get back in touch with my dreams, the unexpected and adventure.

Since spring 2015, I’ve explored life and travel styles such as:

  • traveling alone with a 35 liter (22 lbs) backpack,
  • contributing to inspiring projects (like restoring an 80-yo sailing ship in Copenhagen),
  • sharing other people’s everyday life (beekeeping, painting houses, milking cows, shearing sheep, looking after their children, etc.),
  • backpacking in the wild for weeks,
  • learning how to sail,
  • zerowaste living,
  • urban farming,
  • traveling on a solar ebike…
2020’s adventure was to hike the Pacific Crest Trail from the Mexican to the Canadian border of the US with my husband.
But Covid-19 stopped our plans.

I’m now writing a memoir on how to crash and burn, recover through traveling, discover the space within ourselves where everything is possible, and design the world we want to live in in the future.

TRAVEL SOLO

Our relatives think it’s reckless or dangerous. In fact it’s so rewarding to spend time alone or with fellow travelers and locals when we want it.

travel LIGHT

On the road as well as at home, minimalism means freedom and peace of mind. Becoming minimalist changed my life after years dreading to pack my suitcase for work related travel.

travel SLOW

Spending years on the road (and at sea) is about slowing down and taking the time. The faster we go, the more it costs. The more we slow down, the richest it becomes.

Hitchhiking

For a long time, hitchhiking frightened me as much as it attracted me. Especially as a solo woman.
Watch out for danger magic!

Sailing

As I hit the road, I had never set foot on a sailboat in my entire life. But I had this distant dream to learn how to sail and cross the Atlantic one day. Mission accomplished.

Solar cycling

Travel far and high in the French/Swiss/Italian Alps with a gang of 50 other crazy cyclists, inventors and adventurers.

CROSSING THE US ON FOOT

As I backpacked alone on a small island in New Zealand, I met my now-husband Nate.
He joined me on the Atlantic crossing and the Sun Trip. Our 2020 2021 plan is to thru-hike the Pacific Crest Trail!
